SHOR Chef Jake Andrews invites the public to a new romantic getaway with a private cabana dinner at Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa, located at 2424 Kalakaua Avenue. The perfect location overlooking Waikiki, the new limited private dining seating is perfect for anniversaries, engagements, honeymooners, and special date nights. With a set menu starting at $250 per couple, the private cabana dining option debuts on Valentine’s Day, Friday, February 14, 2014. “We want to provide our guests with a meaningful experience that they will remember. We’ve been doing that with our food and by adding the private cabana with the flowers, lights, candles, and ocean views we are giving them something deeper that will be cherished for years,” says Andrews. The four course Valentine’s Day menu includes herb crusted filet and grilled lobster tail, an amuse bouche, Ho Farms baby tomato salad, and chocolate cake with compressed mango and coconut meringue. Those who prefer a quiet table in the restaurant or on the terrace may also enjoy the menu with or without wine pairings (Set Menu: $65; With Wine Pairings: $79) on February 14 or 15.
Located on the third floor, Diamond Head Tower, SHOR, a contemporary American seafood and steak grill, offers the freshest catch on Waikiki Beach.
