Normally closed on Tuesdays, Hyatt’s newest restaurant, Japengo, will offer a special evening reserved just for Valentine’s Day. Guests will enjoy the intimate and contemporary ambiance with their five-course dinner.  The meal is $69 or $89 with Sake.

Japengo Restaurant, features Pacific Rim cuisine with incredible flavors from Thailand, Japan, Vietnam, Korea, China, and more. The contemporary design of the restaurant includes an interactive sushi bar and lounge, private dining rooms as well as intimate tables for two.
